    I'm still fired up from Thursday... which is the sign of a great event 👊🔥 I shared insights on a topic near & dear to my heart - lightening the mental load leveraging the Fair Play system. And while it was fun to take the stage, the BEST parts of the day were the unique perspectives shared and connections created. Jocelyn Keung - you may not like the spotlight, but I'm inspired by how you turned your vision of bringing together Charlotte women in technology into reality with Fleurix! Latesha Byrd - thanks for sharing a vulnerable peek behind the scenes of building your business and how being BRAVE can mean slowing down. 👏 Maria Arrington-Ferguson, PMP, PhD - your insight on how tech is enhancing elder assisted care was so promising! Although as I shared, the robot dog didn't cut it for my 6 year old 🤣 Samantha Shaibani - an on-stage app building demo?! Nerves of steel right there. I can barely type with someone looking over my shoulder 🤪 Olga Muller - it can be lonely as a female founder in tech, but you lead through example and also highlighted a key to success - managing expectations 🤝 Sarah Auvil - navigating career & parenthood with sanity is no small feat - and you're doing that with TWINS. Your 5 Step $ Makeover has been nothing short of transformative for me over the years💰 Liz H. - non-linear growth beats a ladder in my book! I appreciate you sharing how you've stepped out of your comfort zone & encouraging us to do the same 😉 Tiffany Benitez- CSM, SAFe, ITIL - a stellar MC, front row seat buddy AND covered a topic that I lived out daily in my corporate roles.
