Our hearts were full as the #FlintcoDenver team spent the day with the Veterans Community Project, building tiny homes for local veterans. Our team helped with exterior wall sheathing, measuring, and cleaning several tiny homes that will soon provide safe, supportive housing for veterans. The 26-home VCP Village is designed to offer so much more than just a roof. These spaces provide sanctuary, dignity, and comprehensive support services to help veterans address the root causes of homelessness. A huge thank you to our volunteers Jason Clark, Nicholas Reetz, Doug Hanney, and Kylie Claypool. We're honored to support VCP Village's incredible work while serving our local community. #IAmFlintco

Flintco is committed to more than just building structures – we're laying the foundation for careers in construction! Project Development Manager Charles Brackman and HSE Area Manager Cameron Cale recently got hands-on with the Aurora Public Schools ConstrucTECH program at Vista Peak Preparatory by guest lecturing in the classroom about the importance of safety. They explained our practices through Flintco 4 LIFE and the 4 Rs, led a Pretask Plan with the class, and presented The Shortcut – A Story of Survival, a video produced by Flintco about the dangers of taking shortcuts. We're not just talking the talk – we're also donating safety gear to make sure these students are well-equipped from the start. This engagement is part of our broader commitment to workforce development across all our markets. Flintco continues to support the next generation of builders, ensuring they're ready to work safely and confidently from the start. Special thanks to the Vista Peak Preparatory ConstrucTECH teacher, Jim Prager, for having us. Jim is doing an incredible job with safety and curriculum for these students. We’re grateful for the opportunity to provide additional support to his efforts. #IAmFlintco #FlintcoDenver You can watch, The Shortcut – A Story of Survival, here: https://lnkd.in/gevTCdQK

Senior Project Manager at Flintco, LLC | ABC Central Texas Board of Directors | #FlintcoTalks Podcast Host

Last Wednesday we had our monthly safety meeting at UT MER project. TCS Mechanical had their chaplain on site, Michael Wright to discuss mental health and the importance of being your brother/sisters keeper in this business. He also took the time to pray for all our workers (pic 4), which was super impactful for us all. You love to see it!! We also recognized three of our on site workers including TCS Mechanical's Erik Martinez, Capital Industries, LLC. Kalvin Greenberg, and Reinforced Structures, Inc. (RSI) Leo Lopez for safe work over the last month! Thank you for your dedication to keeping our jobsite a safe jobsite!

Overcoming challenges together and completing the project ahead of schedule is a true testament to the power of collaboration. We can’t do what we do without our trade partners. In this case, it’s constructing the tallest building in Missouri City. Thank you to everyone involved! #FlintcoHouston

On behalf of everyone at Andrade Construction Companies, we want to extend our gratitude to Flintco, LLC for entrusting us with this project. Thanks to the incredible teamwork, we managed to complete it ahead of schedule despite the challenges posed by a very rainy July and a scorching August!

Flintco's commitment to safety reached a new level in 2018 when we made our company-wide transition from traditional hard hats to Type II or EN12492 Safety Helmets. Now, as of March 1, 2024, all new contracts require our valued trade partners to wear these helmets with chinstraps securely fastened. Why? Because we believe in prioritizing the well-being of our team, and we’re confident that these helmets save lives. Safety isn't just a priority—it's our foundation. We encourage others in the industry to make the switch, too. Together, we can create a safer work environment for all. #Flintco4LIFE

At the Aurora Public Schools (APS) Back to School Event, our #FlintcoDenver team engaged with thousands of students, distributing school supplies, informational postcards about construction careers, and raising awareness about the new APS program—ConstrucTECH. The new program provides students interested in careers in construction - trades, supervision, and management - the opportunity to learn jobsite skills, equipping them to enter the construction workforce earlier and better prepared. It's never too early to start building dreams and a stronger future for our youth and industry! #IAmFlintco

The groundbreaking for the new Wellness Center is more than just the start of a project; it’s the start of a better future for the well-being of the Oklahoma National Guard’s Guardsmen. The new 32,000 SF facility will bring the resources needed to support the guardsmen’s mental and physical health together under one roof at the Oklahoma City Military Complex. We are excited to be part of this milestone for the OKNG community and see its positive impact on our brave service members. #FlintcoOklahomaCity
