23Springs has topped out! The iconic, Class-AA, 26-story office tower and two separate restaurant buildings in Uptown Dallas are 60 percent leased and will be delivered in March 2025. Customers will enjoy a high-end fitness center, customer lounge and golf simulator, outdoor work and meeting space, and a coffee bar. A half-acre park, restaurants (including Élephante and Little Ruby's Cafe) and patios will create a new focal point for everyone in the city.   23Springs is owned by Granite and Highwoods Properties.
