OZMA is our newest residential building in DC and crafting the interiors concept was a blast. From the moment residents enter, the space is meant to feel dreamlike and ethereal, with spaces embracing vivid colors and shifting geometry. Green “gem” tones are incorporated throughout, from vibrant and bright to deep and moody to create a dynamic, layered visual landscape. Thoughtfully sculpted architectural elements carve out cozy nooks, hallways are treated as portals to different areas of the world of OZMA. Designed for Skanska, with great partners Interface Engineering, Inc., Tadjer Cohen Edelson Associates, Inc., Wiles Mensch, ParkerRodriguez, Inc., Bozzuto and many more. Congratulations to the Handel team of Gary Handel, David Margolis, RA, Alfred To, Rachael Kalousdian, Juhee Chung, Meari Kim, YoungJoo Kim, Mat Leung, Changhee Park, Shaun Shih, and Ryan Wilson!
