As a people-first company, we are proud to uplift and empower the diverse communities we serve through our Romay Davis Belonging, Inclusion and Diversity Grant. Our grant’s namesake, Ms. Romay as she was lovingly called, died earlier this year at the rich age of 104. Many knew and loved Ms. Romay, and we're proud to carry on her legacy through this annual grant program. This year, we are supporting a record number of 50 nonprofits, awarding a total of $487,500 in funding, in remembrance and celebration of her impactful life. The organizations selected exemplify the same dedication to inclusivity and empowerment that Ms. Romay lived out each and every day.
