We often stay late in the office... Sometimes, it's for work calls or traditional board games🌆 But this time, the whole #incorateam took part in first aid training. We invited our defenders to teach us how to properly apply a tourniquet, bandage wounds, and act in dangerous situations. For example, we learned that it is important to know how to apply a tourniquet and fold it so that it can be used quickly when needed. We also learned what should be in a first aid kit and much more. We made a podcast! Well, maybe in the future, but for now, we made it to be in the podcast by Kaizen Hub #incorateam visited an event to celebrate their birthday and discuss some management insights. We talked about "Challenges of modern management" and how to: -adapt to changes -manage remote teams -strengthen leadership skills -develop creativity and innovation -prevent stress and burnout Our HR Nadiia Zakaliuzhna also did not miss the opportunity to ask about how to separate work from personal life when working from home. Despite our amazing office, it's hard to resist the urge to stay home and work remotely. #incorateam often uses the WFH opportunity, and our managers and HR take care of work-life balance⚖️ Given the flexible schedule, everyone chooses the most productive time to work. What? A game Where? At the office When? Now! Well, not now, but we just had a What? Where? When? game this week. The work for the day was done, questions and tasks were prepared, and #incorateam was ready to think, discuss, and guess. We formed our teams for the night and started the game. Blitz round, then a musical round, followed by more rounds to test our knowledge and logical skills. And finally, we had our winners! New realities = new skills We’ve gotten used to our daily challenges, such as power cuts, air raids, and many others. Unfortunately, we can’t control those, but only adapt and learn the needed skills. #incorateam is always for learning new things, so our HR team visited this conference from the Lviv IT Cluster. There, we discussed how to prepare for the return of our colleagues who finished their military service. Currently, three of our colleagues are serving in the military. We understand that it won't be easy to return to the usual work routine. Proper onboarding and good workflow are 50% of successful cooperation.
