🔆 Indurent Powers Ahead with Three Solar Retrofit Deployments 🔆 At Indurent, we’re accelerating our sustainability journey with the successful completion of three solar PV retrofit installations across our industrial parks in early 2025. These projects mark a significant step in reducing our carbon footprint, enhancing energy resilience, and providing cost savings for our customers. 🌍 Project Highlights: ✅ Imex Business Centre (122kWp) – Our first retrofit solar deployment, providing clean energy and 10% cost savings for customers while reducing reliance on the grid. Now live with the distribution network. ✅ Broadway Central (202kWp total) – Our second installation, where we expanded the existing 102kWp system, upgraded legacy infrastructure, and introduced a PPA model for vacant units. ✅ Total Park Middlewich (300kWp total) – Our latest deployment saw the construction of a 212kWp installation, our largest to date, and reinforced our commitment to energy independence, cost stability, and sustainability. This project strengthens grid resilience while making industrial estates more future-proof. Why This Matters: 🌱 Lower energy costs for customers 🔋 Greater energy resilience & independence ♻️ 100% renewable, on-site power generation 📈 Future-proofing assets & enhancing long-term value These milestones reflect our ongoing mission to drive sustainability in industrial real estate. A huge thank you to Louise Kandel, Daniel Austin, Héloïse Hoare and James Wakelin for their work in helping to bring this forward, and to Electron Green for their continued support. We’re just getting started—on to the next one! #Sustainability #IndustrialRealEstate #RenewableEnergy
