Indurent has secured a 10-year lease with global engineering firm CTDI for a c.184,000 sq ft Grade A unit at Indurent Park Wellingborough, meaning the park is now fully occupied. CDTI, a leader in technical engineering, network infrastructure and supply chain solutions to some of the world’s largest tech and telecoms businesses, joins an impressive tenant roster at the Park, which benefits from a prime East Midlands location. The unit is BREEAM ‘Excellent’ accredited, EPC A+ rated, and features rooftop PV panels projected to generate up to £163,000 in energy savings per year. Indurent has secured a c.62,000 sq ft letting to global distribution firm ADI Global Distribution at Cobalt Two, Chadderton, Oldham. Indurent has completed the final phase of development at Indurent Park Broomhall, Worcester, delivering 72,000 sq ft across two high-specification warehouse units. Built according to our ‘Indurent Code’ of sustainable construction, the units are targeting a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ accreditation and an EPC ‘A’ rating for energy efficiency. In addition, we are also delighted to support the growth of family run business Nemesis Ltd, a distributor of lifestyle and automotive brands, which has signed a new 41,000 sq ft lease, expanding its total footprint at the Park to over 55,000 sq ft. Indurent has acquired an 18-asset industrial and logistics portfolio for approximately £200 million from PGIM. The portfolio, located across key urban areas including Leeds, Manchester, Reading, and Birmingham, consists of multi-let estates, mid-box warehouses, and land with significant development potential. In line with our commitment to sustainability, we will implement a comprehensive refurbishment programme focusing on energy efficiency and improving ESG credentials to meet modern warehousing demands. We're pleased to announce that Indurent has secured planning to deliver 385,000 sq ft of modern, sustainable industrial and logistics space across two units in Uttoxeter, Staffordshire. Indurent will deliver the two units, comprising c.300,000 sq ft and c.85,000 sq ft respectively, as part of the wider 127-acre mixed-use Uttoxeter SUE scheme. Each unit will be delivered to the ‘Indurent Code’ of sustainable development, targeting a minimum of BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and EPC A or A+ rating. Each building will provide high-specification office space alongside an adaptable industrial floorplate.
