Meet Citlallic Aguayo and Megan Riggs, two of our stellar Workforce Coordinators who have been with Leadpoint since the beginning of the year, making a fantastic impact in Phoenix, AZ, and Arlington, TX! Our Workforce Coordinators play a crucial role in supporting our sites with customer communication, hiring/recruiting, HR functions, performance management, and payroll. Citlallic is a problem solver with nearly 7 years of experience in assistant roles. She is highly motivated, fast-learning, and excels in interpersonal skills. With a background in data entry and fast-paced environments, including roles as a Medical Assistant at GB Family Care, Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist, and Front Office Assistant, Citlallic brings attention to detail and a commitment to excellence. Megan brings extensive customer service and organizational experience to her role. She previously worked at a pet wash, ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction. At Reliance Metal Center, she showcased her organizational skills in phone management, billing, filing, and vendor communication. With 12 years at Tegra Global, including roles like US Inventory Control & Quality Sr. Manager, General Manager, and US Quality Manager, Thomas is a performance-driven leader. Before his tenure at Tegra Global, Thomas worked at Pepsi Beverage Company in various positions, including Production Manager and Warehouse Operations Manager. His expertise spans cost control, supply chain functions, and operational efficiencies. A US Army veteran with a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech, Thomas excels in leading large teams, implementing processes, and fostering a positive work environment.  Join our team! Throughout his career, he has demonstrated proficiency in managing workforce needs, implementing retention strategies, fostering safety cultures, and leading successful teams. His expertise extends to lean manufacturing, equipment design, and SOP creation, drawing from his background as Owner/Operator of Speed Techniques.
