-Living Our Legacy- “To keep Mannington Mills’ legacy at the forefront, we introduced a program entitled 'Leading with Excellence' in 2023. This cross-functional leadership development initiative is intended to further share the Campbell family values with our leadership team as we collectively plan for the future. To date, more than 75 leaders have invested over 80 hours each in the program. During these sessions, we certainly discuss the importance of financial performance, but always from the perspective of stewardship.”—Tom Pendley, Mannington Mills President and CEO #flooring #GreatAssociates #CompanyCulture #CompanyYouKeep

Mannington Mills...The Company You Keep.
About us
Mannington Mills was founded in Salem, New Jersey in 1915, by John Boston Campbell who came from Scotland and found happiness in the business of making flooring with his two sons, Neil and Kenneth. Still privately held and owned by the Campbell family, Mannington is now one of the world’s leading makers of residential and commercial fine flooring with locations across the U.S. and in the U.K. (under the Amtico brand). And though we’ve evolved and grown throughout the years, our commitment to our craft has never changed. Mannington Mills' family of companies and brands includes Mannington Residential, Mannington Commercial, Amtico, Phenix Flooring, and Burke Flooring, and is home to a vibrant, creative group of thinkers, innovators and go-getters who design and manufacture gorgeous floors with superior performance and durability. Our long-standing company values include “Care” and “Do the Right Thing.” These values play into everything we do when it comes to how we interact with one another, our customers, our families and the communities in which we are located. Perhaps that’s why so many Mannington associates have turned their jobs into careers that have spanned decades. Where you choose to work matters. That’s why we’re dedicated to making Mannington…the company you keep.

We can never do enough to thank our veterans who served our country and defended our freedom. That’s why Mannington Mills partners with Honor flight of Southern New Jersey, part of the Honor Flight Network, a national non-profit organization providing veterans with free trips to Washington D.C. to visit memorials honoring their sacrifice and service. Mannington retiree Glenn Munyan has gone on many of these trips as a “buddy" to assist veterans during the day. In New Jersey, each trip begins with an Honor Guard ceremony and breakfast at Williamstown High School where students cheer the buses as they depart. While in Washington D.C., veterans visit the Air Force, Iwo Jima, Vietnam, Korea, and WWII memorials. On the way home, there is a “mail call” with heart-felt letters from family, friends, and students. To date, Mannington has sponsored five Honor Flight trips. “Over the years, many of our associates and members of their families have served in our nation’s military,” says Zachary Zehner, Mannington Mills Chairman of the Board. “Both of my grandparents served in WWII—my grandfather was a Marine and my grandmother was with the WAVES. Honor Flight offers us a unique way to pay tribute to those who have given so selflessly to our country.” #flooring #veterans #honorflight #CareCoreValue #CompanyYouKeep

When help is needed, members of our Mannington Mills family are stepping up in their local community as part of our ongoing partnership with Feeding America. Recently, associates from Mannington Commercial’s Product Development, Design Solutions, Custom Solutions, Pro Solutions, and Sales Support departments volunteered at Chattanooga Area Food Bank. Food Bank employees said that our associates did an outstanding job, packaging more boxes and pallets than anyone who has volunteered! Not only were we invited back, but our associates were so enthusiastic about participating that they plan to make this an ongoing quarterly volunteer project. We are proud to support Feeding America and its local and regional food bank partners year-round, but especially now as the holiday season nears. We hope everyone will join us in supporting their local food bank during this time because every action -big or small- is one step closer to an America where no one is hungry. Here’s where to find the local food bank nearest you: https://lnkd.in/eEZMQKW At Mannington Mills, we’re working together to care for our communities. #Flooring #FeedingAmerica #HungerActionMonth #EndHunger #MakeADifference #Care #DoTheRightThing #CommunitySupport #CompanyYouKeep

When local community support is needed, Mannington Mills associates from our Dalton, GA, site not only lend a helping hand, they bring their shovels and wheelbarrows, too. Recently, Gabriel Acuna, Lenin Aguirre, Robby Burch, Chase Carscallen, Erica Ceja, Alyssa Kile, Amber Lambert, Andrea Lanier, Alicia Perez, Jessy Ramos, and Corey Skidmore volunteered to enhance the outdoor space of the Northwest Georgia Family Crisis Center during the United Way’s “Make A Difference” campaign. The Center provides shelter and support to domestic violence abuse victims, and works within the community to help change attitudes, beliefs, and behaviors. The work done by our associates will serve as a model for future community enhancements, demonstrating the value of investing in supportive and welcoming environments. Mannington Mills was also a premier sponsor for this year’s “Make A Difference” campaign. #Flooring #GreatAssociates #CareCoreValue #CompanyCoreValues #CommunitySupport #UnitedWay #CompanyYouKeep

In keeping with our “Work Hard, Play Hard” Core attribute, associates at our Calhoun, GA, site, including Richard French and Jimmy Tuley, recently gathered for their annual tailgate party luncheon. Many wore their favorite team jersey (granted, we’re a bit partial to those Mannington jerseys), and everyone enjoyed some delicious tailgate food. #Flooring #GreatAssociates #CompanyCulture #WorkHardPlayHard #CompanyYouKeep

There’s an old saying: “You can’t understand another person’s experience until you’ve walked a mile in their shoes.” That’s the purpose of the Walk-A-Mile In Her Shoes fundraiser, a light-hearted way to bring attention to a serious issue—domestic violence. Participants, like Ian Campbell who represented our company, recently donned high heeled shoes and walked one mile through downtown Calhoun, GA, to support the work of the Gordon County Domestic Violence Outreach Office. Mannington Mills was proud to be the premier sponsor of the event. Thank all of our associates who turned out to cheer Ian on, and also participated in various ways to support this worthy cause. #Flooring #GreatAssociates #CareCoreValue #CommunitySupport #CompanyYouKeep
