Congratulations to Providence Housing Development Corporation, Episcopal SeniorLife Communities, our Pike Construction Services team, SWBR , and all project partners for the recent completion of St. Leo’s Apartments in Hilton, New York! Our Pike team has officially kicked off the historic renovation of the long-vacant Dana Lyon school building in Bath, New York! This exciting project will revitalize the structure into a 49-unit mixed-use development. Along with residential units, the building will feature on-site laundry, office space, a management office, an exercise room, a community room, a playground, and outdoor greenspace. Commercial space will also be available for a future tenant.
