We’re starting this week off with a bang! It’s Women in Construction Week, Read Across America Month, AND the United Way of Central Maryland’s 100th anniversary! To kick things off, a group of us teamed up with UWCM to read to students at James McHenry Elementary/Middle School in Baltimore City. We read books following a "100 theme," sharing our love for reading while helping our partners celebrate a century of impact.
