We are thrilled to share the exceptional results of our recent job on the Lakeland Robotic Auto Store Slab. This project features a high-tolerance FF-FL expanded joint floor system that requires a specification of FF-75 and FL-75. Thanks to our Team's meticulous attention to detail and the use of 65 lbs of 3D steel fibers in a 10" slab, the floor was completed with no mid-panel cracking and extremely high flatness results. #TeamSeretta alongside others surpassed expectations, achieving an impressive FF-137.2 and FL-109.7. In addition to the auto store super flat area the balance of the warehouse (Approx. 98,000 SF) was placed at an impressive flatness as well. Far exceeding the requirements with an overall of FF-115.5 and FL-71.3. These outcomes are a testament to the dedication and skill of the entire team involved. We couldn’t be more proud of this accomplishment. Thanks to all involved for your hard work and commitment to excellence.

We will always find a way to get the job done! Recently at the 150,000 SF Huntersville Industrial Park job site in NC, we experienced some access issues and had to get creative. To complete our #panel pour, we put a pump truck on the slab and another off the slab. The pump off the slab received the concrete and pumped it through the pump truck on the slab which then pumped the concrete into the panels. #concrete #tiltup #construction

As a continuation of our conversion last July to a 100% Employee-Owned Company (ESOP), Seretta is announcing a change of leadership. Effective January 1, 2025, J. Scott Hosking has been promoted to the role of President, Mike Green to the role of the VP of Operations – FL, and Dave Peltier to the role of VP of Operations – Mid-Atlantic. Andrew McPherson, FTCA will remain as the Chairman of the Board of Directors. Scott, Michael, and David are all long-tenured Seretta employees who fully understand our history, culture, principles, demand for quality, and our high standards.
