Transitioning from self-certification to formal recognition by WBENC underscores our commitment to celebrating diversity and excellence in all we do. Small Girls, Big Ideas! Small Girls PR's bread and butter has always been cooking up forward-thinking ideas on behalf of our clients, but we apply just as much innovation to our recruitment and operations side as well. LinkedIn’s Daniel Roth spoke on The Today Show’s #BigIdeas2024 segment about how our firm has pioneered a new element to the recruitment process: paying a stipend for the time required to do test assignments for mid & senior-level roles where completing the assignment likely takes more than 1 hour of a candidate's time.
