A huge congratulations to Henrico County and Henrico County Police Division on the grand opening of Henrico Police South Station! The new, state-of-the-art facility replaces the Fair Oaks Station that the police division had been leasing for the last 20 years, marking a major investment in public safety. We’re excited to share that CHP's Trinity Court Apartments in Chapel Hill, North Carolina was selected for Urban Land Institute's prestigious Crane Watch program! This program highlights innovative projects under construction across the Carolinas, and Trinity Court was one of just six developments featured this year. Representing our development team, Dominick Dunnigan, Vice President at Southway Builders, presented insights into Trinity Court’s design, development process, and the collaborative efforts behind the project’s success. Recognized for his exceptional job performance, attention to detail, and commitment to quality, Bobby is a tremendous addition to #TeamSouthway. Fun facts about Bobby: 🏈 He has coached football for 20 years, winning several championships along the way! He even coached a current NFL player! For the last 4 years, he has been a member of the board that runs Anne Arundel County youth football. 🏒 His favorite local team is the Washington Capitals. 🛫 He went to college in Tennessee, and his favorite city to visit is Nashville.
