In fact, up to 1 in 5 adults* will experience sharp pain in their wrist at some point in their lives. As we continue to celebrate Hand Therapy Week, we tapped the expertise of SportsMed Union City Hand & Upper Extremity Specialist and Certified Hand Therapist Rebecca Lieberman, OTR/L, CHT to learn more about the causes of, treatment options for, and ways to prevent wrist pain. Our newest blog is full of tips & tricks, including easy exercises & stretches you can try at home. If you are experiencing wrist pain, it is recommended to see a qualified healthcare professional such as a Hand Therapist for evaluation and treatment.
