Recently, Nishit Asnani used ChatGPT as a coach to handle a tough objection from a VP of IT. Here’s how: 👇 (He did close the deal, by the way 😉 ). The champion was on board. Her VP of Sales wanted us to meet the IT leader before running a deeper trial. This IT leader had a reputation for being skeptical and didn’t shy away from tough questions. Nishit ran a few role-plays with ChatGPT, having it take on the IT leader’s persona. He provided full context on the deal, the person, potential consequences, our product, our sales process—everything down to the tactical details. And it worked. ChatGPT was a solid coach, even pointing out weak spots and suggesting improvements. You can find the step-by-step breakdown of how to do this in the comments. We're definitely using this approach more often. What do you think?
