His path took him next to Chicago, where he thrived as part of the renowned Alinea Group, before moving on to Washington D.C.’s prestigious Seven Reasons Group. There, Federico leaned into his Latin American roots, leading the charge in expanding to six Latino-influenced restaurants, one of which earned a coveted Michelin star. Now at The ‘Quin House, Federico brings Lunasol to life with his unparalleled creativity and deep connection to Latin flavors.
