The Water Tower is grateful to support and partner with Gwinnett County on important initiatives such as the Coordinated Public Tours and Engagement program!
The Department of Water Resources received a National Association of Counties achievement award for the Coordinated Public Tours and Engagement program. Launched in January 2024, this monthly program provides residents an opportunity to receive a behind-the-scenes tour of the F. Wayne Hill Water Resources Center and The Water Tower Global Innovation Hub. These tours play a vital role in enhancing awareness about the urban water cycle, water treatment processes, and the essential functions these facilities perform daily to ensure community safety and efficient hydration.
