The U.S. faces a worker shortage with more job openings than available workers, and participation hasn't rebounded to pre-pandemic levels. Barriers like skill gaps and lack of support hinder workforce entry and retention. U.S. Chamber Senior Vice President and Head of Government Affairs, Hon.
