Job HR Generalist
As an HR Generalist at Zerova Technologies, you will play a crucial role in managing various aspects of the HR function to ensure the smooth operation of our workforce. You will utilize your expertise in HRIS systems, onboarding processes, I-9 compliance, employee file management, and benefits administration to support our employees and maintain compliance with relevant regulations. This role reports directly to the Human Resources Manager.

This role reports directly to the Human Resources Manager.

Responsibilities
- Utilize ADP HRIS system to manage employee data, including but not limited to onboarding, employee changes, and terminations.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless experience and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage the I-9 process, including verification and recordkeeping, to ensure compliance with federal immigration laws.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files, both physical and electronic, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Process employee benefits enrollment, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits offerings, and assist employees with benefit-related questions and concerns.
- Collaborate with the HR Manager to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and promote a positive work culture.
- Serve as a resource for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations and ensure company policies and practices remain compliant.
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist, with a strong focus on HRIS administration, onboarding, I-9 compliance, and benefits administration.
- Proficiency with ADP HRIS.
- Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations, particularly related to onboarding, I-9 compliance, and benefits administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
