Turning clients into dream clients starts on day one. Go deep by asking two key questions: 1️⃣ What did your last trainer do that you really liked? 2️⃣ What could they have done better for you? Understanding their past experiences sets the stage for creating a relationship built on trust, support, and personalized care. The goal is to not just meet their expectations but exceed them! 💪

Most stuff in biz is simple but not easy. Most people want easy but complex (like there's some dark art shortcut). Most trainers want to make sh*t complex to look clever and sell more stuff. Work out the simplest route to point B. Refine. Execute to the highest level poss. Shift the dials where poss. Do the reps. Repeat. Embrace boring repetitive stuff. If it slowly compounds (and doesnt provide instant gratification), it's generally good. Lean in to that.

A simple metaphor for sales improvement. One time training is a primer. Mastery comes from practice and repeated reinforcement.
Struggling to book meetings? Getting ghosted? Want to sell without pushing, convincing, or begging? Read this profile.
Question: If you take one piano lesson, will your piano skills improve? Next question: If you take one sales training, will your sales skills improve? Of course not. Progress happens by doing, not consuming. But that’s not the purpose of a one-time sales training. It’s a catalyst—a spark. Learners are introduced to new strategies, tools, and ways of thinking, similar to priming in education. Initial exposure creates a framework for future learning and application. One-time trainings encourage reflection on current skills, raising awareness of blind spots. It’s sets the stage for continuous improvement. The goal isn’t immediate mastery, but to serve as an entry point. Like piano lessons, improvement comes between sessions through commitment, practice, and reflection.

Do you know the 5-finger consensus method (Fist to Five technique).? It's a simple facilitation technique that allows a group to quickly and directly evaluate a topic or idea 😊. This technique is used in facilitation processes to engage all participants in actively responding to a proposed solution, evaluating an idea or concept in a quick and direct manner. Showing the level of your agreement on a scale from zero finger (fist) to a maximum of 5 fingers But what if you wanted to use it differently? What if you asked workshop participants to evaluate it in this form? If the workshops were well thought out, prepared, and conducted, you have a chance to receive feedback like the one in the photo 😊. Another module of the Development Program for Area Sales Managers, Sales Trainers, and Customer Development Advisors is behind us 😊. This time, we tackled the more numerical part of the difficult material, namely "Profitability management in cooperation with the customer” Hours of exercises, an immense sea of engagement, and unwavering optimism... this is thanks to our trainers – #PrzemysławWystarczyk and the trainers from the 4 Results group, especially #TomaszZagadan. They managed to create a certain kind of ideal balance in the room between imparting knowledge, training skills, and a fun and engaging atmosphere 😊. We will start the next module in the spring... I'll let you know if we are still as fantastic 😊.

Today I finished the course “How to Manage Your Attention and Your Priorities” by Pete Mockaitis | How to Be Awesome at Your Job! This course contained several useful tips to help keep your attention and priority on your goals. I particularly love the idea of writing your top 3 priorities for the day down on a post-it note. Today was my first day implementing this technique and I have found that shortening my focus to just 3 tasks has made me feel so much more organised and productive! #prioritymanagement #professionaldevelopment #growth

🤩 Wow, what a fantastic ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ review from one of our members recently on: A Welsh Holiday - Testing Communication Between Teams. 🤩 "A brilliant game to consolidate the learning of the day. Now I have used it I also think it could be used at any point. Tones and laughter from the group and loads of points to draw out and explore in terms of behaviors, communications etc. The group didn't quite get the right answer but they did find a spot to meet at, well ish lol. I ran this course for an American sales audience who just loved it. Pronouncing the places was tricky but we got through it. If your going to use this activity multiple times you might want to ask the group not to draw on the maps as they can be pricey to keep purchasing and they are inclined to want to draw out the route. I grabbed a poly pocket for them to draw on with marker which helped and have laminated some sheets to use next time. Having the rooms close to each other is also helpful so you can observe the 2 dynamics at play as it was fascinating to see how the sperate groups took to the task, loads to unpack but you do need to float between them as I had multiple big personalities wanting to drive the outcomes so be at hand when needed. They loved it, and so did I, so much opportunity and learning and finish my day with them on a high with key take aways." 👉 https://lnkd.in/eZ3fet9z 💡 If you're a Trainers' Library member and have any feedback on any of our materials don't forget to review them as you'll be entered into the quarterly prize draw. 🌟 And if you're not yet a Trainers' Library and want to know more about our materials or what we can do for your organisation, get in touch today! 📲 +44 (0) 1434 381122 📩 contact@trainerslibrary.com #awelshholiday #trainerslibrary #communication #teamwork #collaboration #problemsolving #attentiontodetail #informationgathering #informationsharing #learninganddevelopment
