The interview process is stressful for most of us! But if you have a disability, it can seem like you’re trying to roll a boulder up a hill. 👉 You’re tired of feeling like a diversity quota interviewee when you have so many unique skills to offer in the workplace. You want to be able to show off just how valuable you’ll be to their business, but there are barriers that you need a support worker to help you traverse. Which is one of the reasons why Access to Work provides communication support for interviews. ✍️ Note takers. 🧏 BSL interpreters. 👄 Lip speakers. 🧑💻 Palantypists. 🫴 Deafblind interpreters.
