Hello, Dear Airtel , I'm writing this to you by so many follow ups **Unresolved Security Deposit Refund from Airtel India** However, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an unresolved issue that has been pending for over three years. In late 2021, I returned my Airtel Wi-Fi router to your company's representative, as per your guidelines. Despite multiple follow-ups and assurances from your customer service team, I have yet to receive the refund of my security deposit. This prolonged delay is not only frustrating but also unprofessional. As a long-time customer who has always valued and trusted your services, I am disheartened by this experience. I urge Airtel India to expedite the resolution of this matter and process my security deposit refund at the earliest. Thank you for your attention to this issue. “Boond boond se SACCHI MEY sagar banta hai” Customer yeh boond collect karta hai aur Airtel scam karke woh boondh cheen leta hai. Dear All, I am writing this to inform all the user about the ORGANISED ONLINE SCAM Airtel is running with their My Airtel App. This App is a landmine for all the users and is acting as a tool to extort money from customers by charging them unnecessarily for things which have been activated by mistake. The modus operandi is very well established; if by any chance your app remains open and you mistakenly activate any service; these charges will be levied on you irrespective if you reach out to their customer care or visit their Airtel Stores. Their customer care executives call on pre recorded lines and throw their stupid reasoning to convince the customer that this wasn’t a mistake rather was done deliberately. When a customer has to call back; he has to go through a series of DIAL 1 , DIAL 2, DIAL 3 to finally arrive at a long wait of 20-25 mins to hear a stupid ringtone running through their ears aggravating customers misery. This is a series of action I am taking to fight this organised scam ! MY ADVICE: DOWNLOAD MYAIRTEL APP AT YOUR OWN RISK BECAUSE A SIMPLE MISTAKE CAN COST YOU DEARLY.

Dear Airtel Customer Care Team, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with Airtel's customer service. For the past 1.5 months, I have been repeatedly calling Airtel Customer Care to change my plan. Each time, my call is placed on hold, and I am given the same excuse about a "technical glitch" preventing the change. Airtel, a billion-dollar company, has been unable to resolve this issue for over a month and a half. This is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your capability to handle customer issues effectively. Despite visiting your stores in Sector 50 and Sector 18, Noida, I have received the same excuses with no resolution to my problem. Given this experience, I strongly recommend all users consider switching to Jio, which has proven to have a much better after-service experience. I hope this matter is taken seriously and resolved promptly.

Airtel Broadband Worst service ever !!! Even fiber connection is also worst Don’t waste your moneyj… It better to buy a local internet service they will be much more reliable than airtel.. 1 months me 8 complaint hai meri. Still internet band hai. Engineer came at 5 th day and now for just activation is remaining. To activate it just takes 15 - 20 mins but its been 5 days no one gave any proper response for this … activation is still pending. Worst service by airtel. No of ticket raised still internet is not working. Service guys are worst. For activation you need to use shifting complaint. Not internet issue complaint.. Mai to thak gaya hu aab… You guys visit my house pickup your shit and go… chor hai saale ye sab.. aur mare jo 5 months ke paise tumko diye hai wo rakho tumhare paas. Daan kardiya mene..
