We had an amazing time at our recent Public Speaking and Impactful Communication workshop with the fantastic Bonita Matthee! ✨ 🔊 Our group had so much fun experimenting with voice modulation, perfecting those well-timed pauses, and bonding over shared experiences. 🗣 Francisco José Marín Pino summed it up perfectly: "I felt like I got so much out of the day. Instead of memorising theory we focused on practical exercises to improve key areas, and we could really see all of us improve by the end of the day". 🚀 We're thrilled to see everyone enjoying and growing together. Here's to more fun and learning! 💪 🌱

When we talk about building connection in training we talk about 3 things. Being present, being curious, and enjoying the journey. So today I created some tips to start becoming more curious when we have hard conversations. It is important to be curious with others, but it is also imperative that we are curious within ourselves!

Questioning the obvious// Today, as I finished one more corporate mentoring session, this was the number one To-do on on her action plan: “To train more asking questions and to stimulate my curiosity about the world” With time I’ve been realising that this is my main action with my workshops, my classes, my individual mentoring sessions: —> to invite people to question the obvious! And we do this in several different ways: - Asking more questions - Feeling curiosity for diversity - Watching outside - Exploring “what if’s?…” Every time I hear that this was the outcome of a session o feel I am contribute to change the world a little bit. Creating consciousness, questioning and provoking other ways of seeing the same (hopefully in a more constructive, optimistic way). The power of questioning!

💥Discover the benefits of group classes 👉The best way to motivate yourself to push through that extra rep is by having other people by your side to cheer you on. ❗Plus, it’s hard not to get inspired by your classmates. 😊In a group class, you don’t have to worry about being better than everyone around you. 🤷♂️Everyone was a beginner at some point. There will always be someone better than you in class. 🎉Let that motivate you, not intimidate you! 🤸♀️When you see someone next to you speaking more eloquently with a better accent. It will inspire you to push your limits. Watch the video below and find out why I conduct group classes 👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇

The joy in teaching others to shine 🌟 One of the things that lights up my world is helping others build their confidence through connecting them with their authentic expression. And in a work capacity, this means helping build their confidence to pitch and present with joy and enthusiasm! 🎤 When we learn to manage our fears, and we're armed with a new toolkit, there's nothing quite like that moment when someone realises 'Hang on, I CAN do this!' When they start to believe in themselves - and get that huge AHA - it's pure magic 🎩✨ This isn't just a turning point for the individual, but it's a moment for the whole group to witness, watch and experience. A memory every group will have forever!! And it happens in every single corporate group workshop... I love helping turn on their 'I know I can' attitude ON! Seeing that spark of confidence when someone nails their pitch is the gold I live for. Because it's not just about sharing ideas; it's about growing, learning, and believing in your abilities. Because I know you can do it..... You just need to experience that moment yourself, so you know you can too 😉

💥Do you agree with Mel Robbins post that "𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲"❓ Are you present, or do you just attend? What do leaders who are present do? 1. They ask questions (curious). 2. They listen 3. They are open to learning. 4. They are humble. 5. Make it safe for others to be fully present. 👇What have you or leaders you admire done to demonstrate authentic presence?
