Forget the yoga gear and mat, all you need are your pajamas. Sometimes we get so caught up on the clothing and technical equipment required to do something healthy that in the end it becomes a hindrance to doing what it was meant to help us do. A morning routine that includes morning exercise doesn't have to be complicated or high demanding. Life gets busy and if you want a habit to stick long term it needs to be realistic. Of course you can make it harder and more intense, but at minimum a morning sun salutation is sustainable and will always benefit your body. #morningroutine #morningexercise https://lnkd.in/dzK-TXqQ

That's some major horsepower! ❤️In one day, the heart creates enough energy to drive a train 800 miles. Talk about pumping iron! So on Valentine's Day make sure to show it some TLC! With some love and care, it will keep beating faithfully away for years to come. To keep it ticking, here are some tips: ✔️Exercise regularly to get your blood pumping - take a walk together and get your hearts racing in a good way! ✔️Eat heart-healthy foods like fresh fruits, veggies, and lean proteins to nourish it. ✔️Manage stress through yoga, meditation, or massage therapy - too much stress strains your heart. ✔️Get enough sleep so your heart can recharge. ✔️Stay smoke-free and avoid excessive alcohol which can do damage over time.
