Ducati: Striving for Diversity and Inclusion in the Automotive World We were honored to represent Ducati at the “Diversity and Inclusion” Round Table at Tecnopolo di Modena, the closing event of the Motorvehicle University of Emilia Romagna (MUNER) Women in Transport Summer School. This initiative welcomed 20 global engineering students, aiming to inspire young women in STEM and challenge gender stereotypes. The round table discussions, led by HR professionals and female professionals in technical roles, encouraged students to explore STEM fields, with a focus on the automotive industry. At Ducati, we believe in the power of every voice and respect every opinion. We’re committed to fostering an inclusive environment where all employees feel integral to our corporate community. Our collaboration with MUNER allows us to work closely with universities, discovering new talent for our present and future. It’s inspiring to see an increasing number of talented women joining our sector and sharing our passion. Thank you to everyone who participated in this event, especially to Marta Massera, Track Engine Coordinator for Ducati Corse, for sharing her passion and experience by participating in the panel discussion. We look forward to driving change in our industry and continuing these important conversations. See more here – https://bit.ly/4bLXpl2 #Ducati #DiversityandInclusion #MUNER
