Last week Swinerton, EAH Housing and many partners from the affordable housing community hosted the inaugural NorCal Affordable Housing Supplier Diversity Summit with 300 people in attendance! We want to thank State Treasurer Fiona Ma for kicking the event off with an explanation of AB 2873, which will promote supplier diversity in the affordable housing industry for #mbes #wbes #lgbtbes and #dvbes through out the state. The California Tax Credit Allocation Committee (CTCAC), a department of the State Treasurer's Office will be instrumental in the progress of AB 2873's implementation. We also want to that Anne Cervantes, AIA and Paul Pendergast for curating the two educational panels on #diverse #supplier utilization in professional services and construction and their dream team of panelists! Thank you to all the sponsors and partner organizations that made the event possible.
