WHO DOES THAT? In the race against time, what were some of the activities you undertook to achieve your set goals in 2023? It was the festive season and many were busy shopping in the malls and decorating their halls. Well, others like me where still working on some 2023 Goals. It's Day 6 of the content creation challenge with Odamea Amoako and I'm to share an achievement with you. In the midst of coordinating an end-of-year team bonding session for my office and planning for family time away from Accra, I dedicated two days to participate in a qualitative research training course organised by the Research and Grant Institute of Ghana-ReGIG. This was a #paidmasterclass for the 8th edition of their Research Capacity Enhancement Programme, held each evening from the 22nd to 23rd December. The objectives of the sessions was generally to equip participants refresh their minds on the below topics: ● Introduction and Definitional Issues ● Qualitative Research Approaches ● Considerations for Qualitative Research Proposal ● Collecting and Analyzing Qualitative Data ● Ethics in Qualitative Research Despite the busy schedule, I joined these Zoom sessions to also refresh my research methods knowledge. Participating in the webinar is relevant to me, as it ensures continuous learning and keeps me informed on current trends, new tools, theories, and frameworks relevant to my field, as far as future research is concerned. It's a commitment to personal and professional development, aligning with the last year goals I had set for myself. This year would be better, as I continue to commit to personal and professional development. The best of it all, is in how I intend to pay it forward by also helping others to gain relevant skills, knowledge and build competencies through the #freevirtualwebinars I'll be organising periodically this year. Successful Finalization of the S2B’s CoCreAid Project 🌟 🚀 With the last Transnational Project Meetings, Jourfixes and the Project Report done, the CoCreAid project comes to an end this July.   🌍 Over two years of impactful collaborations between project partners from Italy, Poland, Ireland, Turkey and as well as Germany led to a great working outcome.   🤝 Four working packages helped to identify barriers of collaboration in the digital landscape which were the basis to developing, testing and adapting the final version of the CoCreAid Kit, an innovative resource designed to enhance digital collaboration across organizational boundaries. The project finished with multiplier events conducted by each partner, in order to spread the usefulness of the toolbox among the target groups of HEIs, NGOs and citizens.   Under the great guidance of Katrin Uude from the S2B, the project comes to an successful end, by July 2024.
