Are there any tasks that most people find boring, but you find them really satisfying? I love B2C real estate because small tweaks in execution can produce an outsized return. It's a lot like ice skating. A long, graceful push sets you off. If things aren't going as planned, just take a small step to readjust. Lean into it, and trust your body. In B2C real estate, your competitors are usually either too volatile or too hands-off. A good strategy set off on a graceful glide produces tremendous results. If things aren't going as planned, start with small, innovative tweaks.
