We launched our business development game last week and we had 3 new clients on board in ONE day 🔥 The team's energy has been great and it's clear that the initiatives are driving results. Why do we do it? Because in sales you HAVE to explore different routes. After my years of experience in BD and sales, I know that enjoying yourself is key for keeping motivation and making the tougher parts less daunting. If you're wondering, here's a list of the prizes that can be won... ☕ Free coffee or smoothie 🧖♂️ Spa voucher 🕑 Early finish 💸 A range of vouchers up to £500 for the winner But there's also some setbacks, obviously (because that's what makes it fun) 🍜 Make lunch for the team 🏓 No table tennis 🍭 Buy sweets for the team I'm excited to see who wins in the end... 🏆 #SalesMotivation #BusinessDevelopment #SalesGame

🔹 Milestone Competitions: Imagine your new hires hitting their targets and being rewarded with big, visible checks they can’t cash until they hit the next milestone. This strategy creates a powerful incentive structure, turning goals into tangible rewards that keep the momentum going! 🔹 Most Wanted List (Inspired by Patrick Bet-David): Ever thought of turning your top performers into legends? Our "Most Wanted" list does just that. The top performer’s face goes up with a bounty—anyone who beats their record takes the spotlight and the bounty! It’s a thrilling way to keep the competition alive and push your team to break records week after week. 🔹 Record Holder Bats: We’ve also run competitions where the top deal closer holds a special bat—signed, dated, and passed on only when someone else steps up and breaks the record. It’s a badge of honor that not only motivates but also recognizes top performers in a fun, memorable way. 🔹 Group Competitions: When it comes to building cohesive teams, nothing beats a monthly or quarterly pod competition. The winning team enjoys a commission increase for the following month—keeping the fire burning and ensuring continued high performance without the slump that often follows big bonuses. Golf swings in the morning, sales calls in the noon, Chasing those targets, we'll sink 'em soon! Pitching on the green, closing on a call, Whether it's birdies or deals, I aim to have it all. Prospecting's my driver, follow-ups my putt, Sales game or golf game, it's all in the gut. From first swing to final sale, it's all the same course, Focus, finesse, and a bit of force! Fairways or revenue, we'll conquer the lot, With each hole-in-one, and every sale we've got. (From now on I'm always going to wet the mat at the range. It doesn't help with your ball striking, but it looks great on the videos) #SalesGoals #GolfHumour #AchieveTargets

What a night! In case you somehow missed it, England has bagged themselves a spot in this Sunday's Euro Championship finals, their second consecutive Euros final and their first on foreign soil! 🏴 But did anyone else notice Jordan Pickford's water bottle? It had some surprisingly info on there from being authentic on LinkedIn, posting quality content regularly, and not using automation. These tips can really help with standing out and generating quality leads on LinkedIn. But Pickford, stay in your lane mate. Leave LinkedIn marketing to the pros. You stick to saving penalties, and we will stick to generating quality sales opportunities for our clients and helping them stand out on LinkedIn 🤝 #linkedinmarketing #leadgeneration #salesopportunities #euros #itscominghome

Simple doesn’t always mean easy. Take making sales calls—it sounds simple, but when you add in constant rejection and the challenge of hitting 75-150+ calls daily, it’s a lot tougher. The same is true in sports, relationships, and nearly every area of life. Nothing worth having comes easy. Success often comes down to the ability to consistently show up; that’s where the line is drawn between good and great. LET'S GO!! #SportsToSales #SalesProcess #TakeAction #AthleteMindset #DailyDiscipline

#breaking80 #CintasPresidentsClub Life is a numbers game… My Sales career took off when I started focusing on the metrics of sales … (# of presentations, closing ratio, account size, and # of calls) … once I focused on knowing my numbers I NEVER missed a sales quota in over 40 years and was the Top producing corporate sales rep twice, made Presidents club 17 times, and lead top sales reps and teams in 7 different divisions. When I started focusing on the metrics of golf (fairways, greens, putts, and % of up/downs) I started BREAKING 80 … 9 out of the last 13 rounds have been in the 70’s. Life is a numbers game… you can CRUSH your sales numbers or Break 100,90,or 80 on the course…when you focus on the numbers! #golflife Nobody wakes up to be average be AWESOME 😎! SalesDog

Last week, I went Topgolf with my team for the first time. At first, let’s just say I was no natural lol, many missed shots, bad swings, no aim, and pure frustration. But as I paid attention, learned how to properly hold the club, and adjusted my moves, I started to get it. Slowly, those missed shots turned into solid hits. SALES IS NO DIFFERENT! When you’re starting out or not seeing results, it can feel like you’re swinging aimlessly. But the key is to stay in the game. Learn the right moves, refine your approach, and stay patient. As I always say, every ‘no’ teaches you how to get closer to a ‘yes.’ So for everyone who’s starting in sales or who’s in that no-sale phase right now, keep swinging y’all, your breakthrough is on its way. I trust you Cheers! 🥂

𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘀 Another year has come around, which means it was high time for another Channel Sales teambuilding. 🔝 This time, we spent two action-packed days at Baldovec in South Moravia. What did we do there? 🔸 We hit our targets, as always, this time with a bow. 🎯 🔸 We climbed over obstacles on a wall. 🧗 🔸 We explored the deepest odds and ends in a cave. 🦇 But most importantly, we spent quality time together. 🙌 Have you had your teambuilding event this year? #ideastatica #teambuilding #team #sales

Today I started brainstorming a new idea while I was hiking in the mountains. First, I mapped out key negotiation strategies. Next, I identified common objections and crafted responses. Finally, I role-played scenarios to perfect my pitch. Takeaway: Hiking in the mountains is a sales strategy hack! 🌄💼 Want to master high-ticket sales? Let's have an online coffee! ☕ #SalesStrategy #HighTicketSales #NegotiationSkills #thecompliantcloser #highticketcloser #closer #HighTicketSales #SalesExpert #EmpowermentInSales

What did winning the NSW Corporate Games in Women's Doubles Tennis, teach us about B2B sales? 🎾 Well... it didn’t exactly teach us the ins and outs of B2B sales, but it did serve up some great lessons in teamwork! I mean, who knew that practising our volleys would translate to better project collaboration? The only thing we learned about sales is that if you can’t close the deal, at least you can close the court with this team "Game, Set, Mac"! So while we might not have unlocked the secret to B2B success, we sure did ace the art of working together. Here’s to great teamwork—because all you need is an awesome team to do big things! 💪😂 Thanks, Martina and Oshadhi for putting up with the puns, missed volleys and rocketed aces.🚀 #Teamwork #CorporateGames #WomensDoubles #SalesLessons #Meme #WinningTogether
