#cosmetics regulations in the #EU were a key topic on the agenda at the Cosmetics Europe - The Personal Care Association recent annual conference. One particular area of reflection was how the regulations outside of the industry's core regulations (the CPR) are taking more of a 'hazard-based approach & could potentially impact future use of certain cosmetic ingredients & also impact future innovation.
