In January, I spoke as one of the panelists representing the Japanese business sector at the annual Corporate Behavior Charter Forum hosted by the Japan Business Federation (Keidanren). Under the theme, "Multi-stakeholder Value Co-creation," I talked about Toyota's engagement in multi-stakeholder initiatives, referring to some iconic projects - the development of race-bred hydrogen-powered engine vehicles and more.   We are living in the world where there is no universally right answer, while global challenges are increasingly complex. Yesterday, Børsen published a new report shedding light on the most attractive workplaces in Denmark for today's youth. This analysis was carried out by Universum, a global consulting firm that gathered responses from no less than 13,538 students. 👨🎓 In just one year, USTC has improved its position by a full 25 places on the ranking and is now ranked 49th. This is particularly interesting as it is the most promising talents of the upcoming generations who have acknowledged us in this way.
