As a firm believer in giving fresh candidates a fair chance, I strongly believe that recruiting should provide opportunities to those who are just starting their careers. It is important to recognize the potential that these individuals bring to the table, along with their fresh perspectives and enthusiasm. Moreover, I firmly believe that the existing staff should play an active role in helping the new recruits settle into their roles. When a new staff member joins our team, I make it a point to assist them in every possible way. Whether it's imparting knowledge about our organization's processes, providing guidance on their tasks, or simply answering their queries, I am always ready to lend a helping hand. By offering support to new staff members, we foster a positive work culture that encourages learning and growth. It establishes a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration, allowing everyone in the organization to thrive collectively. Additionally, this practice instills a sense of loyalty and contributes to employee satisfaction, ultimately leading to higher productivity and better results for the company. In conclusion, recruiting fresh candidates and actively contributing to their success is not only beneficial for them but also for the organization as a whole. By embracing this philosophy, we pave the way for a vibrant and dynamic work environment that cultivates growth and innovation. So let us continue to open doors for new talent and foster a supportive culture where the old staff enthusiastically guides and assists the new staff. Together, we can create a stronger workforce and drive our organizations towards success. Mohamed Ben Hassan , #FreshPerspectives #Teamwork #supportiveculture

"Hire for attitude, skills can be taught" is a valuable mantra in recruitment and career development. Focusing on a candidate's character traits such as integrity, adaptability, teamwork, a strong work ethic can often lead to a more successful hire in the long run and contribute to a positive work culture for the organization. Skills can indeed be taught through training and experience, but a person's character is usually more ingrained. It's important to look beyond just technical skills and qualifications when making hiring decisions to ensure a good fit for the team and the company as a whole. #hiring #recruitment #attitude #culture Lotus's Malaysia Jeremy Hung-Ern Goh Iskandar Johari

Participants in this Growth Class receive experienced mentoring from specialists such as Mrs. Latifa Ayu Lestari and our project support Ms. FATMA NUR AFIFAH. This session will teach attendees how to write an effective CV, cover letter, and interview strategy, as well as how to be an adaptive person in a VUCA circumstance. The program's extensive curriculum, professional mentoring, and practical advice make it an excellent resource for people at any stage of their career journey. Day 1: The first section is about Career Planning & Preparation, also known as career planning and preparation. It includes information on how to find the correct career, stages of career exploration, creating a career plan, and suggestions and tactics for accomplishing career objectives. There are also frequently asked questions regarding careers and solutions that will help you prepare to enter the workforce. Day 2: The second section goes on career preparation and planning. Topics covered include how to create an eye-catching CV and cover letter, as well as how to prepare for a job interview.
