We all have a common enemy. It's something we bond over. In sales, identifying a common enemy can help build trust and understanding. 🛠 It might be the frustrating current processes you are helping fix. 🚮 It might be that the weather is 'trash' and Husker Football is even worse. It helps your prospect feel understood. It makes the process a lot more fun. No matter what - it's about showing you are on the same team. (Even if the team hasn't had a college championship win in decades.) What are your favorite common enemies? How do you find your common ground? Can I get a GBR for our Huskers?

The best common enemy is... "Because we've always done it that way." That's my favorite common enemy and an easy one to defeat.
