Flagship Restaurant Group has signed a lease for approximately 14K square feet of space at the eagerly awaited Heritage Park in Downtown Gilbert with plans to bring three of its concepts to the East Valley. You may already know some of their popular brands with Phoenix locations, like Châm Pang Lanes, Ghost Donkey, PYRO and Palma. This nine-acre, mixed-use masterplan community in the heart of Downtown Gilbert will feature office, retail, multifamily and hotel projects all designed around a remarkable public amenity space.

The largest vacant site in London, Bishopsgate Goodsyard has been unused since 1964. This new building at The Goodsyard, designed by Gensler in partnership with Ballymore and Hammerson, will transform an untapped site into a dynamic destination. With a focus on crafting an attractive, high-quality, and forward-thinking workplace across 36,000 square meters, this project aims to drive economic growth for the community by providing amenities and spaces for a range of creative businesses, contributing to a vibrant and evolving urban landscape in the heart of Shoreditch. Galliford Try PLC (LSE:GFRD) has landed two new contracts in London with a combined value of £87.00 million. The builder will undertake a £53.00 million redevelopment project at 30-33 Sloane Street, in which it will retain the site’s historic façade whilst constructing a six-storey building with luxury retail spaces, category-A offices, and a rooftop restaurant. A separate £34.00 million contract in Wapping, with Big Yellow Self Storage, will see the firm deliver a 133,000 sqft facility featuring self-storage units, flexible office spaces, a business hub, and workspace accommodation. "Maintaining the organic growth of our Building business is a key part of our Sustainable Growth Strategy and our track record in the commercial sector within London is a strong one,” chief executive Bill Hocking said. LEFT: The world’s largest ever conversion of an office skyscraper in London. Plans have been unveiled to transform 8 Canada Square. When HSBC bank vacates the tower in 2027, it is set to be redeveloped, including the removal of large chunks from its facade. Cuts to the tower will carve out new terraces and divide the building into 8 sections. The higher floors would become an entertainment complex with museum, restaurant and garden. The lower floors would be new frontage for shops and restaurants. TOP RIGHT: Plans to transform and re-purpose London’s former City Hall (the former HQ of the Mayor of London) into shops, restaurants and offices have been approved. Its new face-lift will involve its exterior glass shell removed and new balconies fitted. BOTTOM RIGHT: The BT Tower is to be turned into a luxury hotel after its £275m sale to MCR Hotels. The 177 metre tower which opened in 1965 was originally called The Post Office Tower and was London's tallest building for 16 years.

Lendlease and Multiplex are the top contenders for Hines' £1 billion mixed-use development at 18 Blackfriars. This ambitious project, designed by Foster & Partners, will feature a 47-storey office tower, over 400 residential units, and various retail and dining spaces. The development aims to revitalize a long-vacant site in Southwark, contributing to the area's growing cluster of high-rise buildings.
