We didn't expect that! As part of our quality assurance process, obtaining customer and driver feedback is integral to ensuring that our training and assessments continue to meet our high standards. As part of a comprehensive case study, we recently interviewed Jonny Barker, the Health and Safety Manager for Ready Mix Group. Last week, we had the pleasure of being on-site again with Ready Mix Tees Valley LTD's in-house assessors, who are part of the expanding Ready Mix Group. After several years of using the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) accredited MixerSURE© training, the group received updates to MixerSURE© and changes to the EMPI Awards SVCA© (On-Road) (Mixers) Vocational Qualification as part of the ongoing partnership with the Ready Mix Group. Jonny, Jamie and Chris have shown great enthusiasm and put in a lot of effort as they prepare to introduce the world's first VQ for mixer drivers, setting a new standard of excellence for the rest of the Ready Mix Group fleet.
