At EMPI Awards, we're transforming the landscape of competence assessment in the specialised transport and haulage industries. Our Site Vehicle Competence Assessment (SVCA) is raising the bar far beyond what a typical CPC course or site induction offers. As the only regulated vocational qualification in the world for drivers of concrete mixer trucks and tipper trucks, the SVCA represents a new benchmark for driver competence assessments. But we're not stopping there. With more qualifications and categories currently in development, the SVCA is on track to become the industry standard for assessing driver competence across a wide range of vehicle types. Our comprehensive approach ensures that drivers are not only compliant but actually competent. As independent experts in competency solutions, EMPI Awards possesses a demonstrated history of success and extensive industry knowledge applied to each qualification we design. We are not merely adhering to existing benchmarks; we are establishing new standards of best practice. Find out more about how our innovative approach is shaping the future of vocational qualifications and driver competence. #EMPIAwards #SVCA #Transport #Haulage #DriverCompetence #ConcreteMixerTrucks #TipperTrucks #VocationalQualifications #SettingStandards #CompetenceAssessment #Independent #Innovative

WORLD FIRST👷🪨🏅🇬🇧: Breedon Group plc Group and MixerSURE© have achieved another historic milestone: Paul Ward has been confirmed as the world's first qualified eMixer Driver. Continuing the work with Breedon and the Express Mini Mix program in delivering complete packages of Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) accredited MixerSURE training and the EMPI Awards Site Vehicle Competence Assessment (on-Road) (Mixers) vocational qualification, Area Logistics Manager Tom Colley wanted to put the same standards in place after recently welcoming the company's first SANY/Putzmeister Group electric truck mixer. Mark Cowan, who develops MixerSURE for the DEK Group, commented: "Having previously developed eMixerSURE training for McPhee Mixers and TVS Interfleet for their first Renault eMixer, Tom wanted something that reflected the high standards both he and Matthew Burdess from Express Mini Mix instilled across their fleets. As both are huge believers in the EMPI Awards SVCA qualifications, the logical step was developing an eMixer category to demonstrate driver competence and complement the new training."
