Both occupations fall under the Schedule A category, which allows for a streamlined process of obtaining a green card for certain occupations in high demand, including physical therapists and professional nurses. 🏥 Under Schedule A, employers seeking to hire foreign nationals as registered nurses or physical therapists can apply for Schedule A designation, bypassing the labor certification process📋.
