So it was really gratifying to be able to use this to answer some key questions around #MountainValleyPipeline (MVP)'s in-service, like: --which gathering systems, processing plants, and transmission lines each MVP shipper is likely to source gas from, and from which producers (not just EQT!) --why MVP utilization is likely to be high even though Transco is constrained at Station 165 most days (and which other transmission volumes are likely to be backed off by MVP flows) --implications for Appalachian basis differentials Clients can access it at the link below, and we're developing some marketing material to allow prospective clients to see some of the insights and get updates as we continue developing this product." In 2018, Mountain Valley Pipeline was originally scheduled to enter service, and my youngest daughter was born. Overwhelming...and some observations from the Texas AWWA, especially for water technology start-ups. 👉 Location, location, location - be there! It's massively well attended 👉 Network, network, network - with other start-ups - no one has a complete solution and if you offer leads and introductions, the good you do will be repaid. Thank you Rick Sherman, Johnny Kabella and Jonathan Grant - shining examples! 👉 Focus, focus, focus - consulting engineers are often gatekeepers and will default to 'copy-pasting' tried and tested solutions. Seek them out (they will never come to you!) and inform them (especially at their after-conference parties 😉 🥂 ). Thank you Freese and Nichols, Arcadis, Black & Veatch, Carollo Engineers and Hazen and Sawyer 👉 Build, build, build - awareness of the system integrators of your capabilities. Their clients (e.g. semiconductors, oil and gas) are pushing them for advanced solutions that corporate water technology vendors do not offer because they are locked into their traditional proprietary solutions.
