We're celebrating #PrideMonth by shining a light on our LGBTQIA+ employees and allies. 🌈 Meet Tony, Lead Infrastructure Engineer at OPPD. 👋 Tony collaborates with teams across the District to guide technology projects, using his expertise to solve challenges creatively and strategically. His role involves approaching each project like a logic puzzle, finding the best solutions to meet business needs and drive success. Pride Month is important to Tony because it represents a time of visibility and acceptance. He understands the power of celebrating one's identity openly and believes it fosters connection and empowerment. Tony believes in creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels comfortable expressing themselves. He knows that when individuals can bring their whole selves to work, they can achieve their full potential. His advice? "You know who you are. Love yourself, and know that you are loved."
