As we continue to celebrate our 25th Anniversary and the milestones we have achieved, our focus naturally turns to the future. We are filled with excitement as we consider the strengths and opportunities that lie ahead of our staff. Our greatest assets are our employees - a group of talented individuals who have contributed to our success and will continue to play a crucial role in shaping our future. We connected with Keegan Bunt about how he feels about the future of the firm.
*What do you see in the future for your professional growth here? "Endless knowledge. With how the firm is structured I can work on a new type of project almost daily, with that I am constantly learning new things."
*What has been the most valuable lesson you have learned so far? "Work doesn’t have to be something you endure or dread. With the right environment and people it can be the highlight of your day."
In reading my many work anniversary congratulations after 13 years here at Penna 3 things came to mind: 1. Where do the years go? Whilst we've packed a lot into the last 13 years, it has flown by, so I must be having fun! 2. We should celebrate years of service more fully. Without LinkedIn reminding me, the date would have just passed by. 3. Anniversaries make you think. Do I still love what I do, what have I achieved? Luckily on both I was able to reflect positively. Perhaps worth employers considering how they celebrate service for employees as a key retention tool, as negative answers to my Q2 could lead to employees making a call to a recruiter, like me! Thanks everyone for your good wishes, here's to Year 14 Penna our 50th year.
And just like it’s been 5 years since I joined Impact, not sure where the time has gone, but it has been a blast! 💥
Recruitment has certainly had its challenges over the last few years, I have learnt so much by working in this industry and it’s one of the reasons why I love it 😍
Every day is different, no day is the same, it is forever changing and adapting, with new challenges and is highly rewarding when you find that perfect job for the perfect person.
So here is to many more years of working in this incredible industry 🥂🍾🎉

🥳 Congratulations to Becky on her 5-year work anniversary with Impact! It's been an absolute pleasure to witness her growth and contributions to our business.
Becky's unwavering work ethic and positive attitude have made her an invaluable member of the organisation. Her dedication and commitment to delivering excellent results are second to none. Becky isn't just a great recruiter - it's her personality and character. She is a joy to work with, always bringing a smile and a friendly vibe to the office. Her kindness and compassion towards colleagues and clients alike are truly commendable, and her positive energy is contagious.
🎉 Here's to many more years of Becky at Impact Recruitment! We are so grateful to have her on our team, and we can't wait to see what the future holds. Congratulations, Becky! 👏
When I started my career, I wanted to stay in the same company for a really long time (at that time, this meant 15 to 20 years). Because that's what everyone around me seemed to be doing. They joined a company, maybe shifted a couple of times, and then stayed in the same organization till they retired ✅
What I understood later was, though everyone around me was doing this, it was not the norm. After some research (though not very in-dept, I must admit), I found that on an average, people change their jobs every 2 to 5 years 🤷♀️
So very naively, I thought, "Ok, let me also do that. It's what everyone seems to be doing and it's working for them" (I was in my early twenties, so no judgements there 😁)
It took me many years to understand the truth behind it all. The truth being, it is not a mandate to changes companies every 2 or 3 years, nor is it a mandate to spend 20 years of your career in a single organization. There is no mandate (yes, there is no secret ingredient 🐼).
So after many failures, hasty decisions, & short-term thinking I realized, the best way to decide how long to stay in a place is by choosing the option that aligns with your long- term career goals and short-term priorities. Do what's best for you at that moment but without losing focus on your future aspirations 💪
This is what I did when I joined Leadle as a part-time consultant 2 years ago. And if someone invented an affordable way to time travel, I would go back to the "me" 2 years back and profusely thank her, because this is one of the best decisions I have ever made 😎
The last 2 years with Leadle have been nothing short of an adventure. I'm so looking forward to what the next 2 years have in store for me 👀 🚀

2 weeks ago I celebrated my 8th anniversary at Anyline
Here are some learning for everyone, who isn't sure if he/she/they is qualified enough for a job or company. My journey so far was quite a roller coaster. From a team of 15 to team of 100, from internship to leading a team. There will be never an easy, linear way within your career - but exactly this makes it exciting.
These are my learnings so far from my 8 years journey:
11.2015 Internship Design & Marketing
It took me 3 weeks to apply for this internship, because I didn't know anything about OCR, SDK, or the software business overall and wasn't sure if I fit.
Learning: If you don’t try, you will never now.
02.2016 Product Designer
After 3 months of internship, the team saw my potential and hired me. It didn’t matter that I didn’t know about our products when I started, but it did matter that I was highly motivated to learn about it and contribute to the companies success.
Learning: A really good leader sees your potential and supports it.
01.2017 Brand Manager
My passion was always in branding and creating awareness. With the culture we have at Anyline I talked to my team lead and I got the possibility to develop myself further.
Learning: There will be no change, if you don’t speak up for yourself.
01.2019 Senior Brand Manager
I started to have a small team of designers and event managers and started to do less design by myself, as I realised my strengths are within other areas.
Learning: Accept your strengths & weakness.
03.2020 VP of Branding Strategy
My contribution was recognised and I got a promotion to VP of Branding Strategy
Learning: Resilience and loyalty will pay off (most of the time)
05.2021 VP of Strategic Partnership
Due to some restructuring a new opportunity was offered to me and I decided to develop in a different direction, by leading our strategic partnerships. In this 12 months I learned so many new things, that I was a bit scared about: like working on 100 pages of legal contracts
Learning: Try new things - the time is never lost as you gain new experience.
07.2022 Head of Awareness Marketing
After 1 year within a new area, I realised my heart still beats for branding and creating awareness. And thankfully there was another door opening within Anyline for my next step.
Learning (all of the above)
- My team lead saw my strength & potential
- I spoke up for myself & addressed my need
- I gained new experience, which helps me in my new role
- I accepted that my strengths lies within branding & awareness
If you are wondering, what I'm exactly doing today, you can watch my 60 seconds video
Last week, we celebrated her 8-year Anyline anniversary. And like our company, her role and contributions to our goals have continued to evolve. This is what our own Sophie Kreuzer gets up to in a day, featured in this week's "My Job in 60 Seconds".
Enjoy and join us in celebrating 8 amazing years!

As I approach my one-year anniversary at NewGen IT Technologies Pvt Ltd, formerly VCARE InfoTech Solutions and Services Pvt Ltd, I find myself reflecting deeply. It’s disheartening to see some former colleagues, who were once part of our company, now spreading unfounded rumors after leaving a few months ago. They should recognize that our company provided them ample opportunities for growth, both monetarily and in terms of promotion, opportunities they did not receive in their previous workplaces.
There's a saying that resonates deeply with this situation: "People often criticize what they once cherished." It’s clear to me now why this occurs, but it prompts me to question: What do they gain by damaging their own integrity? They left the company under the influence of a former employee who was dismissed by management for poor performance, unethical behavior, and causing significant financial losses to the company. So why propagate such false feedback about a company that once belonged to them as well? Their behavior is truly questionable.
If there are genuine concerns, why resort to hiding behind fake identities (including the company's name and their own) to voice them? Valid grievances deserve transparent discussion. Instead of diminishing their credibility, they should pinpoint where improvements are needed and seek resolution openly. Leaving a company should signify personal growth and encourage the same for others. Let’s foster constructive dialogue and leave groundless accusations behind.
