An experiment on the power of the network. My LinkedIn network spans state lines and reaches multiple countries. Likewise, and with devastating consequences, cancer knows no limits or boundaries. 100 push-ups a day Cancer Research UK (CRUK) challenge (April 2024) Day Eight/Week One Update Give thanks, one week down, THREE to go! 🤣 —Shout out to Makeda Hazel-Maynard who also took up the challenge. So far I am mostly doing incline/elevated push-ups. Using either the kitchen worktop, bed, or the penultimate step of the staircase. I have also been trying some full push-ups, but my arm/upper body strength still needs to progress a lot further! Maybe before this challenge is done, I'll manage more than one at a time. We have to start where we are at and progress from there. A principle applicable to more than exercise. As is the principle of using what you have in your hand/surroundings/within reach etc., to aide you in reaching your goals.
