162,000 people per year are diagnosed with some form of cancer. That’s why this July I will be running 162km in the hope to raise money for various cancer charities. I have started to strategise: How many Km’s per day do I want to run? How many days a week & what rest days do I take? What if I get injured throughout? It is incurable, but research is a vital part of the development of new treatments to allow people to live well for as long as possible.
