Six new homes have been completed this week in partnership with local developer Lewis Homes. Our new walk-up apartments are located in Coedely, Tonyrefail and these new homes are energy efficient and have been built in a traditional style to remain in keeping with the adjacent housing development ‘ Highfields’. They provide easy access for our new tenants to access local services and facilities. Rhianydd Jenkins - Director of Development & Regeneration said: ‘As well as being situated in a breathtaking setting, adjacent to open countryside, our new homes at Comin Y Coed have been built to an exceptional standard by Lewis Homes. It’s a great example of how quality affordable homes can be delivered through Section 106 partnerships’.  #RHAWales #AffordableHousing

Well done. However i must ask why this property's roof line might indicate that it could have been constructed at a lower level? Therefore avoiding the need for ramps all together..
