Hey! This one is for all the psychologists here. Isn't it annoying when clients cancel the session last moment and ask you to reschedule it? At fidatohealth.in, I've seen firsthand the challenges therapists face when clients reschedule or cancel sessions at the last moment. When clients cancel at the last moment, it not only disrupts therapist's schedule but also denies another client the opportunity to take that slot. That's why, at Fidato Health, we've implemented a 12-24 hour rescheduling policy to protect the valuable time of both our clients and therapists. While emergencies are understandable, repeated last-minute cancellations lead to a cancellation fee. It's important to realise that there is already a shortage of qualified psychologists and hence it's important to respect their time and not waste the slots. What do you think about this?
