I don't squat or deadlift anymore. And you know what? I don’t feel like I need to. My body doesn't like me if I do, especially when it comes to squatting. After 20 years of playing pro rugby, I'm a bit banged up. Could I fix it? Probably. But why should I? There are plenty of other ways to stay fit and strong, I have loads of better options.
