Stick to this schedule as much as possible. Eliminate Distractions: Identify and eliminate distractions. Whether it’s social media, unnecessary meetings, or multitasking, remove anything that hinders your focus. Take Breaks: Regular breaks are essential. They refresh your mind and boost productivity. Use techniques like the Pomodoro Technique to work in focused intervals with breaks in between. Reflect and Adjust: At the end of the day, reflect on what you’ve accomplished.
