Last week I posted on LinkedIn about 2 poor experiences I made with other companies Virtual Agents that just "did not get my question". So disappointing. How should it work? We are currently integrating the Zoom AI based Virtual Agent for a Call Center. We define in a first iteration with what type of questions the AI bot should work with. Everything else goes to a live agent. We define together key queries (intents) and define (most likely) answers from the companies website and knowledge base, simply selected in the Zoom portal. AI hereby suggests most of them, so it is "easy peasy" :-) Does a project end here? No, now the fine-tuning starts and in all honesty should not end. The tool includes an overview of all answers given and the reaction of the end customer. It shows which answers provide a 90-100% success rate and which are lower and need to learn better answers. Teach, check and adapt your AI bot constantly! #AI #VirtualAgent #CustomerService #ZoomAI
