Pub 🍺 & 🛅 Lockers : as per Statista & YouGov, 50% of Britons go to pub between once per day and once a fortnight. No better place where to install a Locker and meet half of UK population. Stonegate Group, the leading UK largest pub company with a portfolio of more than 4,500 sites, is joining Parcel Pending by Quadient Lockers Network, initial target will be to install 400 locker units across Stonegate’s sites. Quadient's Open Locker Network is already used by DHL, DPD UK, Evri and UPS allowing Customers to pick up and make easy returns. Katia Bourgeais Crémel-Crémel, EVP Parcel Locker Solutions Europe at Quadient, said: “Our vision with the Quadient Open Locker Network is to allow consumers to access lockers anywhere and ideally combine pick-up with other trips as part of everyday life. As established community assets, Stonegate’s pubs make natural host locations." When 99 Cents Only filed for bankruptcy in April, it left 28 empty big box sites throughout the Valley. The move came as conditions in the Phoenix retail market were near the tightest level on record and available space for expanding retailers was hard to come by. According to Crittenden Research Inc., the retail tenant with the most locations across America is FedEx stores with 56,164 locations. A distant No. 2 is Subway with 21,352 locations. No. 3 is U-Haul with 20,762 locations. No. 4 is Dollar General with 19,022 locations and No. 5 is Starbucks with 15,905 locations.
